Who is Ali Chauffeur Service?

Online Payment Policy:

Make sure use your own credit or debit cards for online payments. Failure to do so may result in denial of service.

Privacy Policy:

Offering our clients a hassle-free, seamless, fully digitalized booking procedure is one of the pillars of our business. We gather information from people who book with us via our platform, including name, email address, and phone number, to ensure that they receive the correct goods that they ordered. In addition, when a customer books a car with driver, we also need their documentation so that the RTA and provider site can register the rental procedure. It should be noted that although our platform does accept credit and debit card payments online, Ali Chauffeur Drive Services does not retain any of its customers’ payment information; instead, the payment gateway provider and the associated bank receive the whole amount.

Invoicing and Payment Terms:

Every rental period is computed using a 10-hours duty per day. For instance, a rental that starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m. After the 10 hours finishing extra hours will be charge. Our bill, which is a prepayment for the duration of the rental, will be sent to you the day or booking day. you booked your vehicle and needs to be paid in advance as full, If the customer would want to add more days to his rental agreement, he must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. If not, the regular seasonal daily price will be applied to the extension. A payment must be provided in advance for the extension to be considered genuine.

Cancellation:

  • Once the rent payment has been processed, you are unable to cancel your reservation.
  • After a car is reserved, it cannot be rescheduled by another customer for that day, so we are unable to provide any refunds. Only in some special cases it is all depends on management approval if any kind of refund or service date change.

Restrictions:

  • It is totally forbidden to smoke in our cars since it ruins them and puts drivers’ safety at risk. There is a maximum AED 500 fee for smoking in our cars. We sternly forbid off-roading, rallying, racing, or “drifting” in our cars. It is forbidden to travel to tracks and deserts.
  • Pets are permitted in our cars, however there will always be a cleaning fee and damage charges.

Mileage Usage:

  • Our offer is predicated on a maximum usage, usually 250 KM per day, based on the number of kilometers specified in your contract or as committed with our salesperson via email or official WhatsApp.
  • Depending on the vehicle, further usage will be billed at the rate of AED (5–10 AED) per kilometre.
  • Salik (Toll Charge) and Traffic Fines:
    The toll cost (usually AED 4) plus a 1.5 AED service charge, along with VAT on the service fee component, will constitute the Salik (toll) charge.

General Terms:

All monthly contracts will follow according to agreed terms.
